We are boutique wedding & event planners located in Malibu working throughout Southern California & beyond. We take on a limited amount of weddings each year, so we have time to spend with our clients curating the vendor team perfect for each couple and expertly designing each detail for your wedding. Our planners spend time meeting with you one on one to get to know you personally. Every couple has a different vision for their wedding and this helps us understand your desires for your perfect day. Then we work together to bring to life the wedding of your dreams, creating cherished memories for both you and your guests.
We partner with the curated vendor team, working in advance behind the scenes, to ensure we are able to give you personalized advice & guidance so that your day is smooth and carefree. We only recommend those vendors who we have worked with and excelled both in communication leading up to the event as well as at the event. We understand where you are & want to meet you there. Allow us to provide an intimate yet fun experience for you and your guests! We created this package together with some of our preferred vendors with you in mind. Let's get you from engaged to just married!
Some refer to this as day of coordination, month of coordination or wedding management. We work with our couples from the moment they sign the contract to help coordinate their weddings. We walk them through the planning process, create a detailed timeline, connect with the other vendors, conduct the rehearsal and reception walk through so the wedding day is smooth. We handle all of details on the wedding day from assisting each vendor to keeping the event moving along the timeline, to keep your wedding flowing as you just as envisioned it!
In addition, to being there on the day of your wedding, and a few weeks in advance, we will assist in booking additional vendors, examine your final plans with you early on, highlight potential problems and propose solutions with time to make some meaningful changes. We can also help you manage your budget, conduct additional consultations and more. We will craft a detailed timeline, enhance creative concepts and help put the finishing touches on your wedding day. This is for the couple who has gotten started but want a little more help throughout the planning process.
We will customize the event exactly as you envisioned from start to finish. We will help you with budget management, creative concepts, booking the vendors that will be best for your wedding and more. We will partner with you to design every last detail from cocktail napkins to the event flow as well as keep you on a full wedding planning timeline so you can make decisions along the way while feeling at ease.
