We are a boutique wedding & event planning team with a team based in Phoenix, Arizona that focuses on creating unique and timeless events for our clients. As we do not take on more than 20 weddings each year, we have time to spend with every one of our clients individually and get to know you personally. We spend time meeting with each couple and client one on one to learn more about your vision for your wedding and this helps us understand your desires for your perfect day. Then we work together to bring to life the wedding of your dreams, creating cherished memories for both you and your guests.
We work with our clients and do most of the work in advance behind the scenes to ensure we are able to give you personalized advice and guidance so that your day is smooth and carefree. Many of our clients are from out of state and we are able to bring a sense of calm knowing we are able to recommend the best vendors to join the team for your destination wedding. Having our team located centrally in Phoenix/Scottsdale, we are able to plan and design weddings all over the Grand Canyon state!
We encourage our clients to get event insurance and we also provide insurance and COIs to cover the work of our team at your event which takes the burden off of you and helps provide an extra layer of security.

We only recommend those who we have worked with and excelled both in communication leading up to the event as well as at the event. We have seen how valuable both these aspects are to our clients. Wedding Coordination
Some refer to this as day of coordination, month of coordination or wedding management. We work with our couples from the moment they sign the contract to help coordinate their weddings. We walk them through the planning process, create a detailed timeline, connect with the other vendors, conduct the rehearsal and reception walk through so the wedding day is smooth. We handle all of details on the wedding day from assisting each vendor to keeping the event moving along the timeline, to keep your wedding flowing as you just as envisioned it!
Full Service Planner
We will design, plan & execute a customize wedding exactly as you envisioned from start to finish. We will help you with budget management, creative concepts, and selecting the vendors that will be the best fit for your perfect wedding. We help you design the venue layout, décor and tablescapes as well as keep you on a full wedding planning timeline which allows you to make decisions along the way without the stress of doing it alone. We will be available for meetings, consultations and calls as needed. There are NO limits to the possibilities!
Partial Wedding Planning
In addition, to being there on the day of your wedding, and a few weeks in advance, we will assist in booking additional vendors, examine your final plans with you early on, highlight potential problems and propose solutions with time to make some meaningful changes. We can also help you manage your budget, conduct additional consultations and more. We will craft a detailed timeline, enhance creative concepts and help put the finishing touches on your wedding day. This is for the couple who has gotten started but want a little more help throughout the planning process.
Bridal Wine Tastings
As a way to prepare for your wedding, select the perfect wines to pair with your reception dinner or just a fun way to thank your bridal party in advance, we offer Sommelier guided wine tastings. It's a fun way to try the wines you may want to serve on your wedding day. Cheers!
A La Carte
Is there something else you envisioned?
